Features of the Scheme
A scheme has been launched to develop standardized courses for emergency medical services in the country. The objective of this scheme is to establish skill development centers to train doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff for emergency medical services.
Eligibility Criteria
The proposed center is of two types:
- Establishing the center through new construction.
- Establishing the center by utilizing fabricators on the terrace of the building.
A minimum of 405 sq. meters of space must be available, and a Professor/Associate Professor in the Department of Geriatrics must be available in the institution.
